1. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. This secures your project slot and enables us to start planning. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project before the final website is handed over.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel the project up to one week prior to the agreed project start date, the deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than one week before the scheduled start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and no refund will be issued. If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for any payments made.
3. Project Timeline and Client Responsibilities
SleekPixels Studio will begin work only when all required materials are provided by the client. This includes:
- Website copy (all textual content)
- Brand logos and other brand assets
- Images to be used on the website
The client must provide these materials by the agreed-upon date. Failure to meet this deadline may delay the project’s start or completion. If any delays occur due to the client not supplying the necessary materials, SleekPixels Studio cannot guarantee delivery within the promised one-week timeframe.
4. Scope of Work
This offer includes up to 3-5 website pages, basic SEO optimization, and mobile responsiveness. Two rounds of revisions are included. Any extra features, additional pages, or major design changes requested during the project will be discussed and billed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all website files and content created during the project will be handed over to the client, who will retain full ownership rights. SleekPixels Studio reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
SleekPixels Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by technical problems, server issues, or any failure from third-party providers (such as hosting companies or domain registrars). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
